I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Zadar. It was very clean and well-maintained, with spotless rooms and a large bathroom. The location was excellent, as it was only a few minutes' walk from the bus station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, it was a short walk to the coast and beaches, as well as a pleasant 10-minute stroll to the old town. The hotel facilities were great, with a nicely equipped kitchenette that had everything I needed to cook meals comfortably. The outdoor area and garden were also beautiful, providing a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Value for money was great, and the room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and a manageable distance to the city center. The staff, especially the owner's daughter, were friendly and accommodating.
The one thing that could be improved is the food for breakfast, as it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee provided for guests.

The location of the apartment is very convenient as it is very close to the bus station, making it easy to travel around the city or even from the airport. It is also within walking distance to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy a quick dip in the sea. the apartment has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large wardrobes, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The apartment lacks wine glasses, which may inconvenience guests who enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evenings.

Friendly owner, fluent in German, with helpful translator daughter. Early check-in accommodated with Turkish coffee. Spacious room with all amenities. 10 min walk to beach, 15-20 min to city center. Private parking available. Good wifi. Very helpful and flexible host. "Home-like" garden and BBQ. Supermarket and bus station 5 min walk. Spotless, well-equipped apartment in lovely area close to bus station, beaches, and 20 min walk to town. Amazingly close to bus station, quiet suburban area, with buses to center every 15 mins. Small shop and bar nearby.
